A bowl of endorphins!

Just looking at this bowl takes all my problems away. It’s Ryo Sushi’s off-the-menu special don. I’m sure the ingredients change from day to day but the quality and freshness stays throughout.

When I asked Chef Roy what was inside, he just replied, “special things”. Well, it was indeed special because I gobbled it up within five minutes. Treacherous, I know. But if I’m not wrong and from a quick glance, there’s anago, crab stick, ebi, ikura, kinmedai, negitoro, otoro and uni, over a bed of seasoned Japanese rice. It’s pretty much an awesome omakase stuffed in a bowl.
