Seemingly available at every night market, these flame grilled beef cubes are a carnivore’s dream.

Cooked to order using a large, almost ostentatious blowtorch, the beef comes a choice of different seasonings from Xinjiang cumin, black pepper, Hungarian pepper or Japanese teriyaki sauces. My advice is to keep it simple with the Rose pink salt; it’s the perfect complement to the perfectly seared beef.
