Never seen such artistically arranged waffles with hues of purple (no colouring!). The purple mash is made from taro (aka taro balls) - extremely fragrant to the taste and surprisingly a great combination with the waffles which were infused with yam (see the purple interior). Ice cream, needless to say, went well with the waffles too. Comes w a chocolate stick and some sprinkles of Oreo crumbles
