What I have,

The fish is ultra fresh & very meaty. In addition the tender flesh of the fish is naturally sweet. The lime & chilli sauce gives a bam of spiciness & tanginess in a soothingly shiok way! Aromatic tangy citrus & spicy that stimulate the palate!
