Lovely little soba dish that made great use of buckwheat flour. But when the dish came, it definitely wasn’t little at all. Had a pleasant time slurping up their soba as it felt very smooth to the tongue and slid down the throat so easily.

The salmon was seared very well - not dry, not greasy and does not crumble into pieces when parted. Garnishment of dou miao added a refreshing palate cleansing taste to the entire dish, along with the yuzu drenched sauce.

Would definitely recommend others to come here as well!
