Can't say everything at Kuvo was great, but their English Scotch Egg (S$14++) was stunning. The big-man-fist sized dish saw a soft boiled egg encased in wagyu mince & crumbled veal sausage, then breaded and topped with melted Edam cheese. Great flavours, especially with some of that delectable caramelized onions in the red wine jus! Careful of those pearl onions though - they are insanely sour.
