This was good! The pretzel felt like a bagel, crumb was quite dense but soft, and it had the nice crunchy exteriors especially at the thinner parts. A good vehicle to pick up the bottarga whip, which was vv nice!! It felt like the shy cousin of taramasalata - briny and savoury, not as salty and loud as taramasalata. In the middle there was good quality olive oil, and I enjoyed this dip a lot 👍🏼
