Another beautiful dessert piece by @voyage.patisseriesg ❤️ PICOTTI ($9) is a hojicha mousse cake with a layer of Yuzu and pecan base crust✨ the hojicha mousse texture is perfectly done but could pack more of a tea punch 🍵☺️ the Yuzu is citrusy sweet that overwhelms the hojicha time to time with each bite haha! Isn’t a bad combination but balance between the flavors can be worked on or maybe Yuzu and hojicha is a questionable combination?🧐
