𝑺𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒌 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒔 ($25) - French chicken with pink peppercorn maple syrup. The chicken skin was perfectly crispy and not too oily with tender chicken meat within. So good. But the best part was the pairing with the pink peppercorn maple syrup that brings the whole dish to the next level. The pancakes however was quite flat. The texture can be improved.
