Many have covered this place in the past, and till today the stall has remained its quality and consistency. You can never go wrong with their biscuit-skin texture on the sio bak that has the absolute addictive crunch to it while having a perfect fat to meat ratio that I like. On the other hand, the char siew is nicely charred and caramelised with a stinky consistency that will have you swooning over for more. Be it rice or noodle, either option will go well with the roast meats, but I will recommend the latter as the thin egg noodles are cooked so well that there’s no alkaline taste to it and tossed in a lard oil mixture before served.
