Jelly come served sitting atop shaved ice, with massive of goodies such as Red Ruby and pearls which makes it subtly sweet, chewy with a little bit of floral fragrance similar to Jasmine green tea. Love the thoughtfulness behind the shaved ice, which helps to keep the jelly cool even after a while.
