3.5 munchies: Moist, tender chicken that was well marinated with hoisin and oyster sauces, sesame oil, and five-spice powder. While I liked how the deep-fried chicken thighs were boneless and yet not too oily, I got a little frustrated from removing the stubborn parts of the paper stuck to the chicken skin that killed some of my anticipation to dig in. Nevertheless, I reckon you'd need to have at least two to three pieces of these fragrant pockets of chicken.
