This is one vegetarian stall with snaking queues especially on the first and fifteen day of the month in the lunar calendar. A fixed vegetarian Beehoon/noodle set ($3) consisting a heap of fried Beehoon that could be better with stronger wok hei, and 3 dishes such as French beans,
Mushrooms and fried beancurd skin. Unlike those crispy beancurd skin elsewhere, this sinks into your teeth and becomes a lil chewy instead. The cute grandma at the stall asked me in Teochew if I would like to try their curry vegetables which is very good. And so I got a portion at additional $1, which I thought was quite worthy for the rich gravy and big pieces of cabbage.
