Sandos are a canvas for creative sandwich creations. Instead of the usual Japanese milk bread, the sandwich was piled with fillings in between two toasted cheese bagel buns and slathered with a light housemade sauce. The chicken thigh had a very light layer of flour that was fried to a nice golden and crispy crust while maintaining its moisture inside. And I liked that they gave a generous and refreshing amount of lettuce. Overall a very solid and satisfying bagel sandwich. 👍
