Ushering in Saturday with Ricotta Pancakes ($17.50) with caramelised banana, candied walnuts & The Providore’s Aqua No. 3 sugar syrup🤗 The pancakes were fluffy and filled with pockets of light ricotta cheese:) I like that it was not very sweet on its own, and you can sweeten it up to your own liking with the syrup served at the side.
