There are options for those who wish to have something lighter & refreshing on the palate - Lady in Red ($20+) uses a base of raspberry-infused vodka with lychee liqueur; the sweetness of which, together with the rose syrup, is balanced with lemon juice. This goes down pretty easy, especially for those who love fruity & sweet drinks - so be careful.

Comes with a psychedelic "ice cube" that changes colours every second - fairly difficult to photograph 🤯
