Inspired by the famous London Steakhouse @flatironsteak, @thefeatherblade is here along Club Street to showcase its signature feather blade steak alongside Asian-inspired sides and sauces. For alcohol drinkers, there is also a carefully curated line up of craft sakes for pairing, not forgetting cocktails, beers and wines.

Cooked to a perfect medium-rare, the steak was well-seasoned and really juicy. Considering the cut of steak used (flat iron), I felt that although it was slightly chewier than the usual cuts, it was still tender enough for me. Special mention goes out to their Béarnaise sauce, which complements the steak so well, taking the flavour profile to a whole new level!
