Fluff Stack serves up soufflé pancake stacks that are just too pretty to eat. Sadly, the strawberry cheese combination did not work as well as we would have liked. The soufflé pancakes were light and pillowy, but we felt the toppings were kinda lacklustre.

Overall, it was still a decent dessert option (for me at least) to satisfy any sweet tooth cravings. Given we did not have to wait long and there’s no GST or Service Charge, i might revisit again to try their other offerings.
