3.5⭐ Indulged in Sunday Brunch at St Regis today. All dishes are served once and the only option to choose is the main course. WB chose beef cheek while I opt for toothfish. There's hit and miss from the Sunday brunch. There's so many dishes served that we are extremely full at the end of the brunch. Well, the memorable one are the seafood platter, foie gras terrine, bayonne ham & rock melon, poached egg benedict, seared scallop, pan seared foie gras, boston lobster thermidor, lobster bisque and red wine sorbet.
