I'll personally recommend these pineapple tarts for two reasons: first, the Singapore-centric flavours here are bold, interesting, but still well balanced; and second, they have a nice packaging which makes it a good gift.

What are the flavours?
* Bak kwa pineapple tarts (肉干黄梨挞), which contains slivers of bak kwa with charred hints that pairs nicely with the sweet pineapple;
* Spicy Nonya Pineapple Tart (娘惹黄梨塔) which contained Hae Bee Hiam (dried shrimp chilli paste) creating a lovely chilli-sweet mix;
* Orange Peel Pineapple Tart (橙皮黄梨塔) which blends finely chopped orange peel giving this treat a refreshing citrusy flavour, with a delicate honey sweetness.
My favourite? Orange Peel! It's fragrant and delicate.

Also pictured: lavender cookies and cereal prawn cookies at $18.80 per tin. Honestly, one of the better cookies I've received this year. Recommend too.
