The burger concept by Mauro Colagreco, the chef who ranked top on World 50 Best Restaurants in 2019 has introduced Carne to Singapore.

I would say it prefer similar to Shake Shack but a much expensive range. Where a complete meal would cost you more than $40+.

The complete burger featured the butter bun, natural grass-fed beef, local oak lettuce, organic tomato, organic red onion, pickled organic cucumber, crispy smoked hormone-free bacon, cheddar cheese and local egg.

It said to be used premium and fresh ingredients, which making the price of $29+. I don’t really like the butter bun as it turned too soft and oily for me.

The beef was big for the portion but the flavour wasn’t stand up too much to me. But I must say the combination of everything i’m one burger was impressing me and the taste does balance out everything to me. Although I was hoping the bacon could be softer.
