I don't think I've come across pan-fried rice rolls before, and this one has made me an instant fan. The silken sheets are wok-fried till just barely charred, yet still give off an enticing smoky aroma and the barest hint of crispiness when you bite into them. It is completed by the slightly sweet light soya sauce which makes this a very addictive eat.
