Of course, portion-wise this isn't really going to fill you up unless you finish everything including the broth. Speaking of the broth, i would say it seems to be deliberately made more accessible in a sense for people with weak spice tolerance. It's definitely milder in spiciness, and devoid of sweetness, compared to the typical chilli sauce you see in a normal chilli crab dish. This is the kind of dish that is worth trying once for the novelty factor (for hardcore ramen consumers like me lol) but never again because $28++ for one crab claw, 2 mantous that are half soggy from being dipped in a broth that is not much different from a typical tonkotsu broth too, ain't worth it

For the record, Ippudo's still my joint favourite ramen place (tied with Ikkousha) in SG
