Not the most aesthetically pleasing dish but it smelled so good that people around us were asking about it. The katsu was fried till golden brown on the outside and still tender on the inside. The bonito flakes added an additional dimension to the katsu and was able to bring out all its flavour. The portion is extremely generous and very worthwhile for the price
