If I’m to be honest, the food at Marco Pierre White’s Singapore outpost is underwhelmingly average at best. This steak tartare was bordering on too sweet and salty, and the greasy chips weren’t helping either. Many of the other dishes we tried also fell short of the mark. In short, if I’m paying a premium, I expect commensurate quality.
