Sweetbreads are not sweet breads, they're from the internals of a veal and they're very delicious. If you can, try it once then decide if you like it as much as I do.

I liked that the sweetbread here is cut into larger chunks compared to others I've seen. With a nice crisp grill on the outside, these chunks of sweetbread had a smooth, tender and moist interior. And they amped up the delicacy factor by crowning it with seared foie gras, whose fats flowed downwards to the sweetbread.. lending a rich buttery taste to the mild and creamy sweetbread in red wine jus.
