My favourite Cai Png place for weekday lunch when I was working at City Hall area is Tony Cafe in Aldephi! Not a cafe per se, but a economical rice stall. Because I don't eat veg, I don't frequent caifan place because I will always end up with an expensive caifan meal if I want like 3 side dishes. But it is different at Tony cafe. they have different daily specials such as fried chicken wing (Mon/wed/sat), honey chicken wing, meat balls (Tue) and fried pork chop (Thur). My usual caifan order here will be the daily special + braised potatoes + otah! 👍 On days when they sell fried chicken wing, they have the 'chicken rice' option on top of normal plain white rice.
