Making an entrance is the Smoked Dumplings with Foie Gras ($20). Arrived in a shroud of applewood, the pan-seared foie gras with peanut sauce is wrapped in egg crepe.

Between Char-grilled Pork Belly ($24) and Grilled Miso Cod Capellini ($30), the latter was definitely on point. Well-executed codfish paired with miso butter sauce, the Ebiko atop the capellini was a nice touch.
