Milk based, this was different from their normal pistachio gelato. The familiar pistachio nuttiness comes from the candied pistachios and house-made pistachio praline, which confers an additional sweetness.

The mascarpone cheese base was luxuriously creamy but light on the palate. When paired with a bite of waffles, the blueberry flavour stood out and the cookie crumbles added a satisfying crunch!

By leveraging the soursop’s creamy texture, DOPA has created a super refreshing sorbet which was so aromatic. The intense soursop flavours came as a pleasant surprise for us!
