Looks legit but lacks spice, meatiness and numbness. Just very salty, still passable overall

So they had an overhaul of the menu, they don't have a lot of dishes anymore:
Bamboo shoot braised pork(replaced with chestnut braised pork)
Minced duck wraps
热拌江湖(think of it as a mini mala hotpot)
烧椒鳝鱼

Those are just the ones that were probably good. So according to the reviews I poured through on Chinese sites(let's be honest, for a chinese restaurant, Chinese reviews are much more reliable), this place is rlly hit and miss so PLS do your research before you come. It's decent if you order the right items, and it's tuned to Singaporean tastes(less spicy, less numbing, less shiok overall). I'm basic so I felt that it's not bad because I didn't have to keep gulping water, but the weaker >< members of our group still had to so come in with the right expectations I guess.
