I have a soft spot for dry noodles, in particular any that resembles instant noodles. The In.Ter.Net ($11) from Moonstone features curly noodles, house-made corned beef, β€˜secret’ seasoning, onsen egg and chicharron (fried lard cubes). The dish is pretty simple but absolutely delicious and addictive - the noodles are coated in runny egg and the crispy lard cubes, corned beef and fiery chilli sauce come together really well. I wish the portion is more generous though - it’s quite pricey for a small bowl of noodles with minimal ingredients and it might not be substantial enough for lunch or dinner, at least for meπŸ˜… Nonetheless, still got to credit it for being tasty!
