Disappointing lunch at @menyakanaeramensg
Firstly was told by the staff Ebi Tartar Sando was sold out. I was like the outlet just opened for the day and wasn’t much customers around, what kind of reason was this. Actually it was sold out yesterday.
I was recommended the 3 promotional items which having discount ranging from S$2 to S$3. Ordered Sapporo Ebi Chashu Ajitama Ramen (S$16.80++) but was served Sapporo Ebi Chashu Ramen (S$14.80++).
The broth was just spicy without any flavour of ebi. Quite disappointed.
From my receipt I found I billed for Sapporo Ebi Chashu Ajitama Ramen and told the staff about it. In the end I was refunded just S$2 which was not right since I was billed for 7% GST and 10% service charge too. The staff should have voided the earlier bill and redo a new bill. I’m too boiled up in this mess.
