Well... I think this should be the first time I tried Shirako Ponzu (Fish SPERM) unless otherwise I wasn't told 😅.. No much comment but I do believe every dish exists for a reason, as long I'm not the first one in the earth who get the treat, I'm absolutely fine with just continue eating as a follower 😁. To be frank, I have done some readings about how the fish sperm was extracted and prepared, I choose not to further elaborate here, go find out yourselves 🤣. It was obviously the highlight of the exquisite appetizer plate of the night, apart from that, the pitan tofu was very nicely done, tofu remained firm, not overly salted. Before the appetizer, we were promptly served with the seasonal vege sticks with a side of house sesame dip at our arrival. Followed by choosing our own preferred Sake glass! 🍶😘
