The Pistachio, with its deep nutty flavor. Not the strongest aroma, but definitely the creamiest we have tried. Paired it with the Burnt Butter Sage which has a rich buttery mouthfeel, counterbalanced by the freshness of the sage. Personally, I’m more of a cup>come person but their handmade cones were simply irresistible. Incorporating pepper into their crispy cones, which burns through the decadence of the gelato 🍦
