The Salted Caramel Carrot Cake ($8) from Populus has everything I look for in a good slice of carrot cake - it is soft, moist, flavourful and packed with walnuts. The cream cheese frosting is not too sweet as well - perfect afternoon tea treat with a cup of coffee:)
