Been thinking of this since the first time I had it about a year ago. Was told by the service staff that this is a signature dish that is available at all Spago restaurants worldwide. (Lucky us! π)
Love the caramΓ©lisΓ©d sugar cone with black & white sesame, which is a good contrast from the spicy tuna tartare that has been marinated with chili aioli, soy & wasabi. Topped with scallions and masago (capelin roe). Yum!!!
