Trying this relatively new stall at Golden Mile Food Centre — the stall mainly sells Nasi Lemak but this item was one of the slightly more fusion offerings around; Set C comes with fried chicken thigh, fries, cucumber and sunny side-up with sambal served on the side.

Flavour-wise, I did find myself enjoying almost the entire plate; the Chicken was crisp and well marinated whilst succulent and juicy — it carries flavour similar to Indonesian-style fried chicken which seemed to carry a hint of lemongrass yet still savoury. Fries were also decently seasoned with salt for flavor while the sunny side-up had an oozy yolk that burst with a poke from the fork. The sambal comes with a good balance of sweet-savoury especially with the caramalised onions within; in fact, it went pretty well with the fries as a "dip". That being said, the most of the items (especially the fries) felt especially greasy and coated with oil — could probably do with a par with a kitchen towel before seasoning and serving to rid off the excess oil coated on the fries. A stall with some potential especially if they are able to work on the food and refine the processes.
