Yuba Hut’s signature gotta be their Champion Floss Maki but I decided to go for it’s less flashy brother, plain ol’ Salmon Aburi Sushi. I like that they were really generous with the sweet teriyaki sauce. I love how Japanese food always seem to make simple ingredients work together beautifully. ☺️
