You can't imagine how excited I was to see this on the new menu! I've been failing to satisfy my craving for century eggs since weeks ago, so a big yay to Nara Thai for creating this dish that did the job well. It was also my fav of the night! Apart from the earthy rich flavours and familiar fragrance encased in each fried slice, I loved the use of fiery spices and minced chicken which elevated the overall texture and taste, yet still remaining very well balanced. You can top up a dollar if you prefer beef or pork.

Fans of all things century eggs would also be happy to know that another new dish on the menu is the Century Egg Salad (Yum Kai Yeow Maa)! These are all part of Nara Thai's annual menu refresh, with this year's focus placed on hidden gems from Bangkok's Sois. Think dishes like Seafood & Coconut Otah, Stir-Fried Soft Shell Crab with Basil Sauce and Mushroom Salad among the 14 new offerings.
