First time I'm having this dish btw, and I can finally understand why it's so popular. This is one of those pure savoury dishes, no sweetness or sourness to distract you. The fish had a nice, springy texture that's still soft and flaky. Herbs and spices complemented the fish very well, which was really unexpected from the look as I tot the fish would definitely be overpowered. As expected of good use of spice, there's no fishiness at all. Very mild heat compared to its looks, and wasn't very oily either despite it being covered in oil. Delicious and love the generous portion, certainly a dish I'll recommend to all, even those who don't really handle spice well
