Served with "aioli" and sambal. Octopus itself was well seasoned and was slightly crispy at some parts, however it's more mushy inside, resulting in a meaty bite. The soft potatoes went well with the garlic butter(apparently that's what the chef prefers to call it since they aren't using olive oil).
PS the sambal is fiery
