Quite a twist on salads we commonly see, in here there’s pickled Shimeiji mushrooms, shoyu egg, baby spinach and a house dressing of ginger and shallots. It started out with an idea of appealing to local tastes and I’ve got to say it does taste a lot along the lines of chicken rice and samsui chicken! The Shoyu egg was well marinated and the different elements came nicely together. PS. Portion here’s the tasting portion, actual serving size would be bigger.
