I usually will head over to Salted Caramel for its salted caramel ice cream (not a tough decision) since it has to be their signature that they even named the cafe after the flavour. With so many places nowadays focusing on making food look “instagrammable”, I very much prefer to fall back on the unpretentious and true to its original form of ice cream and waffles. To me, most if not all of the time, less is more and simplicity always win.
