I love it so matcha😍 The matcha fillings are generous and the earthiness of the matcha really lingers; I swear, even the doughy part of the bread carried a slight tinge of bitterness with it 🙂 .

At this point in time the sweet-tooths are probably thinking of boycotting this product already, but the granulated green crystals coating the top of the dome is sweet, and theres also adzuki beans together with the matcha fillings. Overall, I'm really quite impressed by the nice bittersweet balance that this bread achieves. Definitely my favourite product from them now👏🏻😌

P.S I got this from Sun Moulin, but i think you can get it from any four leaves bakery because apparently Sun Moulin is under four leaves! (Though i actually bought 1 from 4 leaves but thought it tasted a little different. Quality control perhaps?)
