Just launched two days ago on National Day so I chose this over the rest. Salted Egg Mac & Cheese topped with torched Mentaiko Norwegian Crawfish. Whew its name is so long. The combination of salted egg yolk and truckloads of cheese was just nice! It has the feel of crushed egg yolk (meaning it was really made with salted egg yolk and not powder) so it was really savory and I don't get sick of it at all. In fact I wished I had more of it even at the end 😭 So this really does the salted egg yolk justice 😍 As for the crawfish, I guess I still prefer a big crayfish over its tiny versions 😂 Imagine they had to peel all the shells to get all these... it's hard, scary work.
