The unagi was really fresh and soft, not fishy at all! The part I ate didn’t have big bones which is definitely a plus when I eat unagi fish. The fish was very tasty and sweet as it was drizzled in their homemade sauce and furikake. The sauce and furikake were also generously served on the rice too, which made the rice very flavourful and enjoyable to eat alongside the unagi. There was even a surprise poached egg below the unagi which made the whole dish burst with more flavours and was more creamy.
