Angus beef was adequately tender but some cuts required more chewing. Flavour-wise, the subtle smokiness was enhanced by the accompanying addictively tasty furikake and fried garlic but the seasoning might make it a tad rich. Can consider pairing it with their fragrant 𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 ($8) that was also delicious on its own.
