Mmm this was a herby savoury flavour bomb. There was the aubergine, some sort of hummus (?) I think, feta cheese, tomato, herbs and sprinkles of some crumb/nuts. Sourdough base had its usual tang. Toasted it as we had it the next day, and the bottoms crisped up! I love their bialys - this one is my favourite so far :)
