Every August is always a national celebration and many food places will offer some exclusive local inspired dishes.

Swensen’s this year also introduced their exclusive National Day meal with chili crab baked rice.

Interesting to see how they came out with this in recognition of our local flavour for chili crab.

The crab sticks are fried and crunchy place on the top, while the baked rice are topped with chili crab sauce.

Would good to see if they continue to bring this back in every National Day month.
