10 to be exact: salmon, tuna, swordfish, tamago, unagi, octopus, fishcake, crabstick, ikura and a solitary prawn. The sashimi chunks tasted fresh and were relatively huge and thick too. And the marination of the rice has greatly improved from the last time i tried them 16 months ago so kudos to them. If you're just looking for the usual few varieties of salmon and tuna though just get the Barachirashi don for $13 which is quite value for money at its price
